This egg was inspired by the 1932 Pablo Picasso Painting “Girl Before a Mirror.” The painting shows a woman gazing into a mirror, which reveals a darker, harsher appearing version of herself. One interpretation of this image is that it represents reflecting on one’s own mortality. Since the design was so complex, I kept it simple with three bright colors.
